Two weeks into my journey

I’m about two weeks and four days into my lifestyle change. I currently go to the gym every other day for approximately 80 to 90 minutes. Prior to finding this app and working out I estimate that my calorie intake was between 6 to 7000 daily. I never tracked or paid attention to what was healthier wasn’t I just consumed what sounded and tasted good. This app has allowed me to focus on eating healthier and gives me the ability to look at how healthier/unhealthy an item is before I
consume it so then I can learn to make better and healthier food decisions. For the last week I’ve been between 1700-2500 cal per day depending upon if it’s a workout day or not. I’ve struggled to keep my calories low and my protein high, but this app is helping me learn what type of things I should and shouldn’t be eating to achieve the goals. I’m currently on down 4 pounds in just over two weeks.
