Hi everyone, my name is Yashica. I’m a mother of 5 I have the DS surgery October of 2019. Highest wt 384, surgery wt 378,went down to 177 and my current wt is 277lbs. I fell off the wagon in the worst way and can NOT seem to pull myself up out of this destructive state. I am a stay at home mom separated from my husband/chidlen’s father and I am currently looking for a legitimate at home job with limited computer skills with a livable income.
Too much info for an intro, but true all the same
