Newbie

Hello Everyone!
I am new to my fitness pal community. I have used the tracking before but did not keep up with it. I am at a new place in life and am trying for all over health. My eating habits are terrible. I need to find a new way to eat that works for me. The exercise at the gym is going well. I like attending classes, I feel I work out harder doing so than working out on my own. Nice to meet you.
