I tend to vary between:

* peanut butter on Ezekiel pita, plus a cup of plain nonfat kefir
* yogurt bowl with mixed berries, walnuts, peanut butter powder, hemp hearts, ground flax seed, cinnamon, plus coffee with lots of hot skim milk
* oatmeal with most of the stuff I put in the yogurt bowl, plus some blackstrap molasses
