Hi guys! I have always struggled with losing and gaining weight. I have been really fit in 2018, running marathons and feeling great. When we realized that we cant conceive naturally, infertility treatments led ne once again to eating up my stress and feelings. We were lucky to get pregnant thought, however after our little one was born, my eating habits just got worse. I am now 160cm and 87kg. At the moment I’m back at work and trying to finnish my PhD next year, which puts a lot of stress on me. However, I know I want to get healthy to stick around as long a possible for my little girl, so change is inevitable, no excuses.
