Wayne here. 42, formerly skinny, got fat due to depression and social anxiety causing me to hide away and eat crappy food for a long long time.
Tried all the usual diet nonsense before with no luck.
Started this journey in early August this year. Between using this app, and finding healthier foods, and working on portion control, I'm down 27 lb.
Long way to go. Wish me luck.
