Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to introduce myself to the community and be in community with those in what is obviously one of the biggest parts of my lifestyle: Nutrition. I've never had a formal routine in eating (since childhood), and much less, eating healthy... I've gained quite a bit of weight this year (2024) because of the fact that I have not been watching my consumption with food. I am at about 350lbs which is relatively 150 lbs overweight.
I've learned to own my life nutritionally over the years and for this reason I am here introducing myself to be in community with people of similar approaches... Get to and/ or maintain a healthy lifestyle nutritionally/ physically...
So there's that. I am here with the intent to live my best and most meaningful life...

Welcome. There are a lot of good resources here and people will normally chime in on specific questions. make sure to hit the bookmark top right for posts you make and or want to track. It gives you notifications when people post. Also @techyg2k people gives them notations as well. Be careful of the logs they are man made and prone to errors. Congrats on starting the journey. As a fellow 150 to lose club I know it is daunting. It is totally achievable. <down 60 today/90 to go 3month 20 days.0
