Hi!

So, I am not new to myfitnesspal, but I haven't been here in a while. I used this program to help me lose weight a long time ago, but I have stopped tracking and have gained everything back. I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes last week, and I have to make some changes.

Good news is I have lost 5 pounds in about 10 days, but the first ten are always the easiest for me. I need to lose about 50 pounds to get back in my "normal" weight range, so that is my long term goal. My goal is to try and lose 2 pounds a week.
