New member here!

Hello All,
I'm working to drop my weight from 223lbs to 180lbs. So far I've lost 10lbs with a calorie deficit approach and tracking meals. The struggle has been getting motivated to exercise. I know that I've got to work out to see more weight loss. Any tips that you can share, by all means, please do. Thanks!

    One rule that will never let you down is to reduce your eating quantity gradually, every bite that you eat less will make a difference in the long run. And try not to focus on rapidly losing weight, I know it’s difficult but try your best not to have this mindset. Regarding your struggle with getting motivated to exercise, Just a have a set in stone minimum amount of your workout ( it doesn’t have to be large) each day or how many days you want to exercise in a week, and never negotiate this amount, you have to do it no matter what.
