    Greetings friends!

    Been cooking at home more this week. That makes such a difference in my weight. I don't salt my food as much as in a restaurant, although restaurant foods tastes better than mine. At my age (mid 50s), my fingers tingle at night when I eat too much salt.

    I did yoga last evening. It was heavenly. I go to a place that has a wonderful instructor, cool music, candles softly lighting the room, everyone is quiet... it is so pleasant and a great workout. My balance has improved greatly since I started in July.

    Tomorrow night, I have Pilates.

    I will not weigh in until Friday, I think. I am trying to have zero alcohol this week to cut back on calories.

    Start weight 163 lbs.
    My dream goal is 115; most realistic probably 120.
    The game is on!
    7 years ago I was able to shred 45 lbs in 3 months.
    Let’s do it again!
