What seems to be working for me this time is eating a normal breakfast and lunch and even nibbling on snacks most of the day, but a VERY light dinner. Like a bowl of soup and maybe a couple bites of something else. I know the old adage, "Breakfast of a King, lunch of a Prince, dinner of a Pauper." It must be true. I realize this isn't a viable option for some people due to their schedules, but it is working for me. My husband doesn't mind not sitting down to a big dinner; he is retired and can eat whenever. He has also lost weight since he is doing dry January with me. We are also not going out which saves a HUGE amount of money and calories.6

@SunnyDays930 thank you for sharing! I want to try larger breakfasts and lunch in my next 4 day plan. I’ll boil some eggs today— maybe add one to breakfast or lunch. Last night I succumbed to late night snacking. Popcorn, choc chip cookies and orange juice on the couch 🤦♀️ I poured the juice out this morning because it’s just too much sugar for me the way I drink it (it is leftover from holiday guests- so thankfully gone now). I’m grateful for this group to be able to “air it out”. I really want to figure out this behavior. It’s hard, but I can do it!2
