    @SunnyDays930 thank you for sharing! I want to try larger breakfasts and lunch in my next 4 day plan. I’ll boil some eggs today— maybe add one to breakfast or lunch. Last night I succumbed to late night snacking. Popcorn, choc chip cookies and orange juice on the couch 🤦‍♀️ I poured the juice out this morning because it’s just too much sugar for me the way I drink it (it is leftover from holiday guests- so thankfully gone now). I’m grateful for this group to be able to “air it out”. I really want to figure out this behavior. It’s hard, but I can do it!
