Thank you, @mtaratoot !
I'm Chris - 74 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
My husband and I are retired.
I see my trainer for 60 mins three days a week and try to walk the other four days. The walking doesn't always work out.

Total loss for November: Another less than ideal week, but even though it looks like I'm up another 2.3 pounds for a total of about five pounds in two weeks, my ten-day average is actually coming back down a bit from earlier in the week. I've undone over half of my loss from October in less than half of November. If I don't change something, I will be back out of maintenance. I am now down only 2.2 pounds for the year.
I will continue to stick to it!3 -

I'm not sure what it is about the scales we have that always land on .4 of every weigh-in?! It seems a bit suspicious. They aren't the best scales, and kind of old, but at least give me a general idea. I'm curious to know what brands other people here use to weigh themselves.

11/24-186.4-(Trend Weight: 190.9)- This weight is definitely a temporary fluke. It represents a nearly 3 lb drop overnight. The rest of the loss is a true slow hard-earned loss since last week. Yesterday my meals were too small and my water intake practically zero so I feel Iβm dehydrated also. So this scale weight wonβt last. Yesterday I had finally hit the 180βs with a 189.2 weight which is more in the ballpark of where I should be today. I am traveling today so up it will go. Our family Thanksgiving feast will be next Saturday so I may not weigh on Sunday morning, I may just weight until Monday morning and give myself a 24 hour buffer so it is more realistic going the other way. Enjoy Turkey day to those celebrating. Letβs try not to set ourselves back too much my friends!
