Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
Original MFP starting weight (January 2018): 168.2
    January 1, 2024 Weight: 150.0 (10-day average 146.8)
November 2 (Starting Weight for this challenge): 151.0 (10-day average 148.6)
November goal: Get back to lower end of maintenance weight range
Ultimate goal: Stay in maintenance range between (absolutely 140 - 153 and ideally 142-148)

I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.

    November 2: 151.0 (10-day average 148.6)
    November 9: 153.6 (10-day average 151.2)
    November 16: 152.4 (10-day average 153.5)
    November 23: 154.8 (10-day average 155.0)
    November 30: 156.4 (10-day average 155.8)

Total loss for November: Well, it was not a successful month. I gained seven pounds. I had lost ten pounds in October, so at least I didn't gain all of that back - just most of it. I am now up a tenth of a pound for the year.

Maybe I can make friends with December.

My name is Donna. I am 64 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5’ 5” tall. My highest weight was 253 in 2016. My MFP start weight was 235 in 2018.

Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (I’ll know it when I get there!)

    Start Weight (from Oct 31st ): 190.6

Goal Weight: 186.6 (4 pound loss)

End of Challenge Final Weight: 193.0

Weight lost/gained this month: 2.4 lbs Gained

Weight in blue makes me blue because it’s a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because it’s a loss. Weight in black means no change.

    11/01-190.6-(Trend Weight: 192.1)-

    11/03-189.0-(Trend Weight: 191.7)-

    11/10-190.0-(Trend Weight: 191.6)-

    11/17-191.2-(Trend Weight: 191.3)-

11/24-186.4-(Trend Weight: 190.9)- This weight is definitely a temporary fluke. It represents a nearly 3 lb drop overnight. The rest of the loss is a true slow hard-earned loss since last week. Yesterday my meals were too small and my water intake practically zero so I feel I’m dehydrated also. So this scale weight won’t last. Yesterday I had finally hit the 180’s with a 189.2 weight which is more in the ballpark of where I should be today. I am traveling today so up it will go. Our family Thanksgiving feast will be next Saturday so I may not weigh on Sunday morning, I may just weight until Monday morning and give myself a 24 hour buffer so it is more realistic going the other way. Enjoy Turkey day to those celebrating. Let’s try not to set ourselves back too much my friends!

11/30-193.0-(Trend Weight: 191.7)- I’m very surprised by this jump. I thought yesterday went very well. Thanksgiving Feast today with all of the family. I got the last of the drywall dust mess that covered EVERYTHING on 3 floors of this house completely done by 11:00 last night. I ate well and burned a ton of calories so I’m confused. I gained 3.8 lbs this week. For the entire month of November I’ve gained 2.4 lbs. A horrible week and Not a good month! Oh, and here comes December!

Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
    250’s; 240’s; 230’s; 220's; 210's; 200's; 190's; 180’s; 170's; 160's; 150's
