39 and wanting to make healthier choices for my wife and two kids. Needing/wanting to drop 20 lbs to start and start getting in better shape by burning some belly flab. Have been able to pretty easily intermittent fast, but know that diet and physical activity need to change as well. Hoping this app and community can help support those changes and that I can stay motivated.
