Tips for Managing Side Effects on Ozempic?

Hi everyone! I’ve been using Ozempic for about 6 months now and have definitely gone through some ups and downs with the side effects. Here are a few tips that worked for me:
1. Nausea: I found that taking Ozempic in the evening, after a small meal, helped reduce nausea a lot. Also, ginger tea has been my best friend!
2. Hydration: Staying hydrated has made a big difference, especially since Ozempic can sometimes suppress appetite, and I’d forget to drink water too. I set reminders on my phone, which really helps.
3. Eating Smaller, More Frequent Meals: For those experiencing stomach issues, I noticed smaller meals worked better than a big meal. It’s also made it easier to stick to my diet and avoid bingeing.
