New to Community

Hello my name is Joe. I am a 77 year old male looking to restart my fitness and nutrition program. I just started Nov 11 with a 49-hour water fast which ended last night. Yesterday I started my exercise routine with 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of core exercises, and 30 minutes of weight lifting (and yes today I am sore). My plan is to strive for consistency and improvement in both exercising and dieting. I plan to workout 6 days per week and practice a strict One Meal A Day (OMAD) nutrition plan for the next 6 months and then transition to a more reasonable IF plan. My goal is to attain a normal BMI as well as to regain better balance and mobility.
