Hello #myfitnesspals type one diabetes love πŸ’•

I just started using this app again after some time, I really love how much information it gives about how much or how less any kind of food has in it. Idk if I said that right or not. lol. πŸ˜‚ Ian also a type one diabetic and was seeing if there are any other type one diabetics :) here that can just :) tell me how they do there daily routine to help me get back on track with mine. Iam a fast learner and would really appreciate this kind of love and support (: I do see my dr. Weekly. Just for those who are bugging on me. It would be a lot of help for me just to have brief review of some people’s experiences and their routines may be. Blessings and love πŸ’• πŸ«ΆπŸ½πŸ™πŸ½

Home made bread 🍞 made by my lovely mother🫢🏽🍞 just had to share this with talk it was so darn good. How do you know how many carbs are in something like this? For a type one diabetic, self. (: my mommy made this loaf tonight and I had 2 slices. I was just wondering how someone else may go about figuring out how many carbohydrates are in it. Thank you in advance 🫢🏽

For your specific question about the bread, I would probably try to compare it to a similar bread (sourdough, French loaf, rye, etc) and search for those specs. May not be exact, but at least it can get close.
