Todays the beginning of my journey to shed 2st 10lb
Weights crept up all of a sudden and struggling eat well so bingeing constantly hoping Fitness pal will help me keep track and get some advice.
Regular gym goer like 3/4 sessions per week but mainly Weight training not to keen on cardio.
Any tips Gis a shout.

I’m looking at the same issue. 15 pounds just snuck up on me in 2 years. Slacking with fitness consistently and even worse at eating. Busy life and getting older! But, I want to get back down to where I was a couple years ago. Good luck on your journey!!0
