Hi J, I've been using MyFitnessPal for like a decade, but I've never really been a part of the community. What are your goals? I'm 50+ and I'd like to get back to being lean. I'd like to lose about 10 pounds. Diet and exercise don't seem to be working. Maybe it's consistency I need to work on.
