Back Again...

I've been on and off on this site for a while now...

Back again, needing some motivation to be able to get my butt into gear! I need/want to lose about 3kg.. which doesn't much, but it is. On top of wanting to gain my strength fitness that I once had! (Haven't been to the gym in months... it shows now) so it's just gotten me down.

Need people who can keep me motivated and keep me focused on regaining my strength again and get back into a good shape!
