Changing my body for good!


Hi everyone! I’m a 48-year-old, currently weighing 199 lbs, and I’ve been consistently hitting the gym for 18 weeks now. I’ve been focusing on strength training using the Fitbod app to build muscle mass. While I’m seeing improvements in my strength, I’m still not completely satisfied with how I look and am determined to keep pushing toward my goals. I’m here to connect with others, stay motivated, and share progress as I continue this fitness journey. Looking forward to learning and growing alongside this amazing community!
