Hey everyone, names Ed, 25 years old. I have went a full year losing motivation and feeding an uncontrollable desire to eat whatever I want. November of last year I weighed 190 pounds @12% BF. Got out of the service and went through a whole identity crisis and lost passion for fitness, life, family, and friends. Weighed myself today and was in shock. Sitting at 250 pounds, the heaviest I've ever weighed. Im counting this as day 1 of my new journey. Let myself fall into the void harder than I expected to. Now I have to pay the man and do the hard work all over again. I'll make it a habit to update every week. Cheers, happy holidays. -Ed

Welcome, Ed! As a former service man myself I fully understand the shock of transition to civilian life, but as one who made it through, I say you can, too!
