My number one tip which worked for me to get up early was to first go to bed early.1

Hello , I am new here. I think what has worked for me is going to bed early but even if I wake up early I still struggle to get my self moving and motivated to work out . It is very hard for me and I don’t want to drink pre-workout to wake up . I am a bit stuck on what is a better choice than the pre workout, coffee maybe?1

Pre-workout is usually a high-ish dose of caffeine combined with some niacin to give you the "tingle". A cup of coffee or even caffeine pills offer the same basic benefit for a LOT less money and more control over the dosage.1
