Hello, my name is Kathy. I'm 71 years old and on a weight loss journey by eating well balanced, healthy foods. I've been tracking my food for 30 days and I've lost 8 lbs. I'm looking forward to participating with this group.

    Hi, Kathy - Congratulations on losing eight pounds in a month. That’s a fantastic start! I’ve lost fifty pounds in the past twelve months but didn’t start monitoring foods through this app until May 2024, after which my journey has progressed more successfully. I started weight training then, too. My goal is to lose twenty more pounds. I’m 69 years old so I know it isn’t easy but it’s very doable with support and perseverance. I changed my eating habits, with more protein and far less processed foods, and feel much better. Let me know how you’re doing.
