Newer to MFP

Hi I'm Mike, 45yo male from Florida. I've lost 30lbs this year but only started using MFP about 2 weeks ago. My goal is to lose 20lbs more and increase my muscle mass. I enjoy riding my bicycle and lifting. I alternate those activities. 3 days a week biking 11 miles per session currently(weather permitting,otherwise my rowing machine), 3 days a week lifting on my home gym equipment. I am really liking the app and logging my meals,vitamins and exercises. I think this will be a major factor to reaching my goal.

    Welcome! You are off to a great start! Check out the challenge forum where groups are doin different things. Think there's some fitness ones happening with lifting and such...
