I’m 24 years old and living in Finland. I’ve joined MyFitnessPal to focus on losing weight and improving my health. Over the past few years, life has been a bit overwhelming, and I ended up gaining 20kg. Now, I’m determined to shed that weight and get back to feeling like myself again.
I enjoy doing home workouts and love reading and baking (though baking will take a little break for now 😂). I’m also new to experimenting with recipes, so if you have any healthy tips or meal ideas, I’d gladly take them!
Having friends on this journey would mean a lot to me, so feel free to reach out—let’s support each other!
