    I've been with the 5% Challenge for years and the core group of my team has become like family. While a commitment to faithful participation is essential, members are accepted at the health and fitness level they are currently at, and are encouraged to do the best they can to meet their own personal goals. This means we have members recovering from surgery with pt as their only exercise, others who do chair exercises, and everything between that and running marathons. We have members in maintenance focused on staying at their goal weight all the way to members who need to lose more than 100 pounds. Everyone is at a different place in their health journey. Everyone is welcome.
