Hi everyone!

Hi, I'm Laura, I've only just started with my fitness pal, but was using slimming world prior and have lost almost a stone. I used to be super active, working with horses. Then I had two kids, I was a student nurse so moving more, but had to give it up to home ed daughter as she's autistic and struggled with bullying and lack of support in schools. So now my life is pretty stationary. I've started the couch25k, on week two.. well, completed week two but looked at 3 mins run on the next week and decided it's too soon as I'm already fed up running 90 seconds. I've been running indoors so I'm going to start from the beginning outdoors as soon as I feel confident to. I swim every week, and love to go hiking, we were doing 3.8-4miles every weekend but the weather's put a stop to that the last weekend. Would love to hear people's stories and get some motivation from those who have been at this longer than me.
