Heyy haven't been on, I still work out plenty but just have been eating really dirty since the summer π... and im up 40lbs or so...
So join me while I drop my first 10lbs before the year is over π....
Just want inspiring friends π§‘
I had my old account it got lost somewhere..
I hit the gym 5x a week....
Push pull legs...
20 mins of cardio 4x a week
I just need to log in my food again to keep myself accountable ....
Shoot me a few friend requests
And im a try and see if I find any old buddies....

Welcome back! Good luck with the transition from bulking to cutting...took me several months to get used to the reduced calories!
