I just joined this forum and started tracking my Food. Surprise! Surprise! I learnt that my ratio of Carbs and Fat is way too high as a Vegetarian. I need suggestions and ideas of how I can improve in bringing in more proteins into my meals

I'm not veggie, but I don't eat all that much meat. I eat a lot of fat-free cottage cheese & quark/kvarg which gives me a protein boost for not a lot of calories.
you may also want to look into whey protein powders which you can make into shakes/smoothies or add to cooking.0 -
Aside from adding a protein powder to your day (which can be worth exploring!) try to add more eggs, tofu, tempeh, seitan, and legumes such as chickpeas to your diet.
I think that as a vegetarian it's often harder to get a decent protein intake (not impossible, but it's easier to do it without trying as an omnivore) but there are plenty of high protein vegetarian foods out there. Also have a Google, there's lots of articles on the subject! Including this MFP blog: https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/what-a-vegetarian-dinner-with-30-grams-of-protein-looks-like/0
