Start again 2025 - Introduce Yourself

Hello - I have been yo-yo dieting for nearly 15 years and crept up from 11 stone to 15 stone! I am only 5ft 2inches so the weight is incredibly heavy to keep carrying and I feel like if I don’t get off my *kitten* soon my knees are going to give way. So here I am. Thinking starting with a small calorie deficit and some gentle walking daily. Silly time to start I know but I find there is never a good time. Always a reason to leave till later so might as well start now. Would be great to have some support/motivation - aiming to lose 25-35kg in 2025. 🏋🏼‍♀️
