I’m not particularly focused on bodybuilding, but I’ve always struggled to meet my calorie intake goals, which has affected my weight. As a father to two young boys with my own little family, I want to feel capable of protecting my partner and kids, and be a person of reliability and safety for my loved ones. I’d love to connect one-on-one with others in the community to build a support and accountability network with like-minded individuals who share similar goals. I'm Looking for advice on preparing, and consuming affordable, high calorie meals effectively that i can snack on throughout the week, any maybe some additional advice. 2025 is just around the corner
Thanks!
