I am turning 40 this summer and determined to be in great shape. This means committing to a regular fitness plan and losing 30 lbs.
Height: 5'2"
Current Weight: 149lbs
Goal Weight: 118lbs
Food Plan: Balanced nutrition following MFP calorie recommendations.
Activity:
10,000 steps a day
2 x Pilates/week
2 x strength training/ week
2 x cardio training/ week
I will be posting weekly updates on weight loss. I would love to have other folks with similar weight loss and fitness goals to share to journey with and motivate each other. It will be hard, no doubt. This is the hard I'm choosing. I want the next 40 years to be filled new adventures, enabled by a fit and healthy body.
