I get them too. Sometimes it’s even the same picture with a different name. I just delete them. I have now changed my profile pic to a flower shot to try to deter them.

Recap 3/22 Sat. ~ Temp winterlike again at 31F but mostly sunny and barely any wind = YAY
- Make turkey ole for supper ~ hubby happy / limit snacks & sweets ~ string cheese, peanut butter, mixed nuts, 4 Hershey minis 🙄 had a hankering for something & I never found out what… ack! / log all food ~ yes & sad me 😡 / 64 oz. water ~ 80 😀
- OT exercises (6x), tape 30 min. (3x), putty (2x), massage scar 😀 / walk dog ~ 3.8 mi & listened to birds singing, happy me & happy dog 🐕️
- Put away clean dishes / top up heated birdbath / refill all the birdfeeders / read / digital declutter /
declutter 15 min./ other? rehearsed music, downloaded OT notes, updated budget s/s 😁 ta-da!
JFT 3/23 Sunday ~ Woke up to dark skies. When I got out of shower, saw snow flurries, which were done by the time I let dog out. Very windy again & we have a winter weather advisory this afternoon & thru the night. Sigh. Not inclined to walk dog today.
- Church 9:00 & missed most of the special Call to Worship music but enjoyed what I heard 😀
- Supper is leftovers? / limit snacks & sweets / log all food / 80 oz. water
- OT exercises (6x), tape 30 min. (3x), putty (2x? may need to give myself a break from this today, or use the softer putty), massage scar / PT exercises?
- Rehearse music / try on clothes in 1 bag (from aunt) / call Mom / read / digital declutter / other?
WOTY 2025: Judicious ~ I just like the way the word sounds, and the meaning is right for me: having or showing reason and good judgement in making decisions. I can apply this word in so many ways!

- Work on Questions and Answers I was asked to do for Teen Bible Quiz Competition practice ✔️ It came a lot easier to me this time and I finished it!
- In bed by 10pm ✔️

To all my JFTers, new photo with my profile as of yesterday, in an effort to stem the unwanted "friend" requests. Still a female in my pic, just not human. Happy dog LOL (she was waiting for a treat at the vet's office).
While I was trying to remember how to change my profile pic yesterday, I found a new option for the appearance of the Quotes in posts that you see: You must be in the Community section, then select your profile by clicking on your pic. On that page, select Edit Profile. That takes you to a new page with your Account & Privacy Settings. Over to the right, under your profile name, you can select Quote Settings. Choices range from 1 Level Deep to 5 Levels Deep and include Don't Fold Quotes. For now, I've selected Don't Fold just to see how that changes what I see.
@clicketykeys Pretty sure HTML is no longer an option with the update to Rich Text Format. I quit using my Spoilers for now, since that seems to be a mess with the text. I also no longer use the Quote feature, since you can't edit that text. For my JFT post updates, I copy my most recent post (just the section I want to update) and paste into the "text box" (whatever it's called) for editing and updating.

6x) only 4 due to soreness in my hand (maybe trying too hard), tape 30 min. (3x) ~ actually 4, recommendation is 3-5 so that's ok,putty (2x? may need togive myself a break from this today,or use the softer putty), massage scar / PT exercises? no but 6000 steps 🙃 - Rehearse music / try on clothes in 1 bag (from aunt) ~ 1 large & 1 small bag, gave hubby a fashion show & bagged items that don't flatter me… I will donate / call Mom ❤️ / read / digital declutter / other? 😀 ta-da!
JFT 3/24 M ~ We got about 4" of wet, heavy snow yesterday & a few flurries this morning. Tree branches are totally coated with snow that froze overnight, very pretty, but hubby and I are over the snow. Our neighbor cleared the snowplow ridge at the end of our driveway with his snowblower; we'll let the rest melt as temps go above freezing the next couple of days.
- Hamburgers (from frozen), parsnip/potato mash & veg for supper / limit snacks & sweets / 80 oz. water / log all food / net calories zero

Hi everyone! I need to catch up on reading posts, but I hope all is well. Last week was my college's spring break and there was just so much going on that I took the week off off from logging and posting. I did my best to get some exercise, limit snacks and portion sizes, and make healthy choices, but trying to log would have involved a lot of guessing most days. I'm ready to get back on track, so here are today's goals.

Hour commitment - I won't eat again until after 5 pm. None of the same foods at dinner as at lunch. Can still have my dose of metamusal.

Tim shared his gnarly cold with me, so I've been a bit lazy. Taught spin Saturday morning, but that was it other than watching basketball and doing a little baking. Upside is that my appetite was low also.

4. Call 3 parent/guardians about upcoming writeups.
5. Check on student work; email sub if possible.
