- Up at 5:30 ✖️ I didn't get up until 6am
- Hydrate ✔️
- Log Food ✖️ I didn't log my binge eating, I didn't want to.
- No binge eating ✖️
- Run 4km on my lunch break (if not raining) ✖️ I didn't bring my gym bag. I over slept, had a good devotional time and didn't get lunch made. Now I have to go buy lunch on my break.
- Stay calm/stress free at work ✔️
- Watch the Blue Jays home opener! ✔️ I got home mid 4th inning. The game was depressing. I certainly hope it's not a sign of what's to come this year!

- Practice piano for 30 minutes ✖️ I ended up spending the time sending some needed emails to people to ask them to pray for me

- Sandwich from Great Harvest between appts / panfried perch for supper / 64 oz. water ~ 80 / log all food ~ logged my best guesses / net calories zero ~ 195 😑

- Spring cleaning project of the day? Not sure if hubby works on faucet while I'm gone ~ hubby did some work while I was gone, needed assist from me when I got home & he made good progress… now we wait 24 hours for silicone to set /

- Spring cleaning project of the day: shop for parts to replace faucet, towel bar & ring; dust & vacuum 1 downstairs room / rehearse Sunday music (weather forecast not looking good for Sunday morning… we may have freezing rain/ice on roads, so wait & see attitude) / download OT notes / refill heated birdbath / read / digital declutter / other?

Recap 3/28 F ~ Dreary day, showers possible. Poor doggo, we had strong winds and thunderstorms at bedtime & she was quite scared. Too bad her thunder shirt doesn't help. Fortunately, the worst thunder & lightning ended in an hour, so hubby and I stayed with her.
- Leftovers for supper / limit snacks & sweets ~ celery & peanut butter, 4 Hershey minis, mini candy cane / 80 oz. water / log all food / net calories zero ~ not even close, but weigh-in was fine haha 😆

When I last spoke to my doctor, even though I told her everything was going good, she upped my meds for anxiety. One of the side effects is drowsiness. I have been so tired all week and unmotivated. I am starting to think it's the higher dosage. She did tell me I could go back down, and I think I am going to.

JFT 3/30 Sunday ~ Rain all day & temp drop later, will turn to snow. We didn't get ice like only 30 miles north & west of us… at least over 65,000 without power.
- Choir sings sister church 9:00 (be there 8:30) 😃 As soon as alarm went off, I checked weather app, local news & road conditions website… ice north of us & I had to go north but not that far. Just a very wet & windy drive.
