Hour commitment - After my Trader Joe's snack, I won't eat again until after 5 pm. None of the same foods at dinner as at lunch. Can still have my dose of metamusal.

- Stay calm/stress free at work even with extra workload ❌
- Hydrate!!!! ❌
- Log food ✔️
- Run on my lunch break ✔️ 5km on my break in shorts!!!!
- Organize my JOY Club visuals ✔️
- Write a letter to Becky ❌
- Catalogue book for church library ✔️
- Practice piano ❌
- Watch Quiet the Noisy Soul ✔️
- In bed by 9:30 ❌ I couldn't go to bed early when my favourite pitcher was pitching for the Jays. And then that sixth inning was amazing!!!!
I stupidly waisted time on Facebook and Youtube for an hour. That is why I didn't get my piano practiced or why I was wrote Becky.

No computer time today until this evening, so no goals posted for today. With another very windy day & colder, no dog walk. Hubby and I were busy shopping at home improvement store & final grocery shop before Easter. I did tasks around the house until we went out for early supper at Olive Garden. We both brought leftovers home plus got the "take one" offer, and I won't have to cook meals when I'm busy prepping for Easter dinner this week. I'll recap yesterday & post for tomorrow.
Recap 4/14 M ~ Windy day, mild temps… doggo feeling better & hubby may walk her around neighborhood while I do my stuff in the house. 😊 Yep, hubby took dog for walk while I cleaned with the scary vacuum.
- Leftovers for supper / limit snacks & sweets ~ peanuts w/ sea salt, string cheese / 80 oz. water / log all food / net calories zero ~ not exactly sure with cleaning activity to offset 😐️
- OT exercises ~ I will keep up with these before my (possibly final) OT appt on Th 🙂 / min. 5000 🙂steps
- Choir rehearsal 6:30 (upstairs in music room this time) 🙂 / shower before 🙂
- One spring cleaning task ~ vacuumed all upstairs rooms & hallway, even moved heavy chairs 😊 yay, only tasks left hubby has said he'll do: final clean of downstairs floors & clean bathrooms (I may help) / load/run dishwasher /
wash pots & pans/ 2 loads laundry / usual M garbage chores / light dusting in family room & start decorating 😏 on Tues instead but done! plus cleaned in kitchen / do NOT fill Easter baskets with candy (reserved for the weekend) 😄 / final meal plans & grocery list ~ last shop before Easter done Tues / read / digital decluttering / other? rehearsed music 😁 ta-da!
JFTomorrow 4/16 W ~ Hopefully wind dies down & I can walk doggo.
