hello everyone hope everyone is doing. I'm new here and not sure where to begin. I need to lose weight for my health and grandkids and for myself. I have diabetes, hashimotos, fibryo you name it and other things I was put on ozempic and have lost 38lbs so far. But at a stand still holidays ughh i did better than i thought i would. anyway i don't know how to figure labels and such and what to eat and not eat. Yes I know things i shouldn't eat and don't need to look it up. I'm also looking for a buddy maybe one near me and maybe walk together. well hope all is well and any info would greatly appreciated.

    What do you need for figuring out labels, let me see if I can help.
    At the end of the day, keep an eye on if you are eating a balanced level of fat, protein, and carbs. A balanced diet is the best diet. Protein will help you feel fuller longer. Focus on fats like cashews, nuts, avocados. Carbs, I personally try to eat things higher in fiber. Eat foods you like or it will be hard to maintain.
