Back at it ... out of control need to loose 50 lbs and keep it off

I was in a good cycle 4 years ago and doing well to reach my goal and since covid hit I am finding it very hard to get back into a rhythm of healthy eating and exercise. Anyone else out there that has had the same issue and has any tips for getting motivated, they would be welcomed advise. It has been a stressful past year with hubby having a quintuple bypass and the mid-section shows it. :/
