High Protein Low Calorie meals

What are you favorite high protein low cal meals? Share pics too!
I’ve been loving this cottage cheese and egg white dish with spinach and cherry tomatoes. Less than 200 calories and almost 24 grams of protein!

I sautéed the onions first with some cooking spray, then add the spinach and tomatoes sliced in half. When that is cooked to my liking I push that to the side of the pan and add the egg whites with cottage cheese (mixed together in separate dish before putting in pan.) I let that cook until the eggs are done and the only liquid left is clear. Then use a slotted spoon to scoop out the egg mixture leaving behind the liquid and top with the veggies and salt and pepper.
Delicious and tastes so much better than a 200 calorie meal should taste!

This is the first thing I eat when I break my fast and it’s a great start to my day!

    These pics do not show my entire dinner but I thought I would share anyway. i am a 68 yr old artist enjoying my free time researching healthy, wholesome foods that my body can use for fuel. I enjoy finding foods that taste good and are good for me. I don't feel like I'm dieting. I feel like I'm on a mission to be healthy and stay as healthy as I can. It's amazing how many things we can eat on this planet besides fast foods!
