Hello, I’m new and trying to figure out this app… how do I “unlog” foods.

I accidentally logged one food item twice and want to remove it

Welcome! Each item of food in your log has a red circle with a while horizontal line to the right. If you want to delete an item (logged in error, planned to eat but life had other plans, etc) then you click on that circle and it will remove the item from your log for that meal. If you did eat it, but want to adjust how MUCH you had (e.g. logged one bowl of soup, went back for seconds) then you click/tap somewhere within the line itself (e.g. tap on the food name), it will open a new box where you can edit the serving size, number of servings, etc.

Are you using web browser MFP or the phone/tablet app? If the app, is it Apple or Android? If you have how-to questions, it's helpful to mention which version.

To delete a food from your diary:

    * In web browser MFP, click on the minus sign to the right of the food on the diary page
    * In the Android app, long-press on the food in your diary page, and you'll get a pop-up with a delete option; click that
    * I'm not sure what it is in the Apple app, but I think it might be swiping sideways on the line in the diary, but if it's Apple, some Apple user will need to come along and tell you for sure.
