New to this app: Protein Question

If I’m over my protein some for the day on my macros but under my overall calories…will this affect my progress?

    Going over protein will not affect your losses as long as you're staying within your calories. People adjust their macros for all sorts of reasons, including training needs and satiety. I personally have mine set at 40% protein, 30% fat and 30% carbs because protein keeps me satisfied and full.
