Fitbit and/or circuit training?

If you wear the Fitbit all day and have it synced to MFP, it should reconcile the calories MFP thinks you'd burn with the calories the tracker saw you burn, and adjust your calorie goal based on that. That would include Fitbit's estimate of your circuit training calorie burn. If you see a calorie adjustment from MFP by the end of the day, I think that's happening. The circuit training probably wouldn't show up in MFP explicitly, just the calorie adjustment, though whether the workout gets an explicit labeled line item in MFP varies with different tracker brands.0

I usually put something in for circuit training. Garmin has a weight training app— it’s kind of complicated and I generally don’t use it.0
