Introduction

Hey everybody! I'm new and I really need help. I'm 90 lbs. overweight and have no idea how to get rid of it. If y'all could help me, I would be really grateful.

    You are starting out in the right spot. Start tracking what you are eating and drinking to be able to determine the amount of calories your body needs at your current weight. I personally do a 20% deficit to start losing weight. Try to start exercising 3 times a week even if it’s just walking a little more. We all have to start somewhere. I personally do better on a high protein diet. I use the gram per ideal body weight for my goal.
