Stupid me somehow totally deleted my Facebook account. I lost all my photos that I have put on there since my grandchildren were born! I have tried to create a new account with the same name. I know that I have been friends with some of you on Facebook. Please find my page and ask to be a friend again. And, if any of you would like to join me there, just send me a friend request on MFP and I will send you my Facebook name! I am just sick over this!

Another nap and now awake.hopefully back to sleep.
Faiths funeral is this Saterday at 10 am. Jean wasn't planning on one but lawyers made her according to trust. So I will pick up my brother and take him.. she is being a jerk.. I will be going because she was a sweet lady and i loved her,and for my brother. Not for Jean.
I am sending a card with Tom up to Jims memorial. I think it would be a little odd for me to go,if we are divorced..But Jim was a good friend and i will miss him.
Darlene is home and on alot of meds bless her.her husband is taking great care of her,and her daughter is there too.zrqmup9hmn65.jpg

Allie- I feel the same way about my former mother in laws (service this Saturday at 10) as you do about Jim. I would like to be there for father in law and former hubby but that would be very awkward for everyone seeings as hubby has remarried. I have text both guys each day.

It’s showing that we’re still friends and your pictures are there.

Did you just delete the app, I think to close the FB account would take a lot of work.

I’ll try to send you a FB message

Tracey - yes, I think you've pegged it for Carol.

Carol - if you're on your Windows computer, just go to the Microsoft Store and download and reinstall your Facebook. If on your phone, go to Google Play Store or wherever you get apps and just reinstall Facebook. It's possible it will still hold onto your password, as well.

I couldn't figure that out, because I DID delete my Facebook completely a few years back, and Tracey was right, it honestly is a lot of work to do, Carol. Pretty sure you haven't lost anything, you will be able to access it soon. Even when I did delete the account, they still held it for either 30 days or 60 days, just in case I still wanted it. I think you will be just fine.

@kymarai hugs and prayers sent your way. Concerning your protein question, if you were full, I would’ve looked for better options for the next day to get the protein in. Your cats are absolutely beautiful!

@Machka9 awesome job getting your bike ride in!

@cityjaneLondon I love that you took the walk and it made you feel better. I also love that you thought through why you were feeling the way that you were. Hugs and prayers sent your way today.

Yesterday was an absolutely glorious spring-like day. Sunny, up to 65F in the afternoon. Got my early morning shopping done, then home to tend to laundry and hung it outside. Then drove down to the feed store to pick up some scratch for the hens.

The "feed store" is actually part of a barn filled with huge bags of feed for all kinds of livestock. The other part of the barn is stacked with hay and straw. If I only need a couple pounds of something, they scoop it out for me. When I was there with T on Sunday, we noticed some new chicken scratch on the way out the door. So that's why I went back yesterday - it's about three miles from my house, nice drive in the country.

The place is set beside a huge field with Mt. Rainier in the background. Blazingly white, big and beautiful yesterday.

Anyhow got the scratch and the boys there told me the owner, Kyle, was getting ready to set up a "full service" gas station on a place he owned closer to my house. The attendant would pump gas, check the oil, check the air in the tires, wash the windshield, even dash into the mini mart next door and pick something up so I wouldn't have to get out of the car.

I know some of you currently (or recently did) have that type of service. At this stage in my life, I'd use it sometimes since I don't have regularly scheduled service maintenance on my old cars. I can pump my own gas, but the oil checks and tire pressure - these things I neglect to do.

Carol - glad to see you got your Facebook back. Mine was acting funny today - I was suddenly following people I "unfriended" several years ago! And it seems my laptop is the worst. I don't seem to have problems on the tablet. :|

Heather - I think I could easily turn into an agoraphobic and now I understand why my DH never wanted to leave the house. Once I get out and about, it's generally just fine. It's the "fixing up" (what little I do, lol) that I don't want to take time for.

I worked on my budget and finances a little yesterday, and I need to make a trip to town next week to set up a different type of checking account which would allow me to get CD's at 4% if I understood the gal right when I called yesterday. With the big jumps in all my insurances and property taxes, I'm on a mission to squeeze out pennies wherever I can. :p

Barbie - yes, Walmart is a jungle, lol. That's one reason why I go super early in the morning, so I can take my time and find things. If you absolutely must go to Walmart to get something, you might be able to find the website for your particular store, search for the item you want and if they have it, click on it and it usually gives the location. Like Aisle J14 or H24. Finding where the "J" and "H" aisles are located can be challenging, but the shelf stockers always point me in the right direction. And even grab items for me on the very top shelves. ;)

Ginny - crossing fingers you'll have great luck finding a new place. Sending hugs regarding your upcoming surgery.

Lisa - great photo, I can see why it's one of your favorites. You two are adorable.

Kylia - love the kitty pictures, keep them coming.

Cindy - those charts are great, thank you for sharing them!

Foggy and damp right now, but the sun is burning through. Might do some weed-eating this afternoon.

Yesterday did a Real Fitness DVD then went walking with a friend of mine down here. Today did some HIIT. For those who don’t know, I sprint for 10 seconds and then recover for 20. I usually do this on the elliptical since you can change your speed on the elliptical fairly quickly (what I mean is that it responds quickly) Like I might sprint at 160-170 steps/min and then recover at 90-100. The plan for tomorrow is to do a Hot body Yoga DVD

Doing laundry right now (necessary evil). Want to go out by the pool and work on getting rid of these white legs. Have a pot luck to go to at the condo tonight.

I need to exercise first thing in the a.m. or it doesn’t get done. Except for walking, just not walking in the house. Can’t explain that, that’s just what works for me. I usually do write on the calendar what type of exercise I’ll do for the next week. At the same time, I try to decide what we’ll have for dinner each night

M – your husband reminds me of that saying “I’m a senior...give me my d*** discount” Awesome weight loss

Yesterday, after exercising, walked on the treadmill at the Y for a little. Then walked with a friend. Got in over 15,000 steps. Played cards at night.

Margaret – 7 hours with no bathroom break!!! Wish I could do that. I many times can only get in 4 or 5 :)

For some strange reason, HD sells the backsplash separate from the sink for the bathroom (not unusual) . But – the sidesplash they sell is a different size. Now you explain that. So what we did was order two backsplashes and the contractor will cut one down. At least they’ll be the same size. It only cost $10 more, but I think in the end it’ll be worth it

    morning everyone!

Cindy – haven’t seen you here in a while (maybe I just missed it. That’s not totally unusual).

Kylia – I know I’m late to the game, but really hope all goes well for you and your hubby. I would probably go with “I’m full” because if you eat something more just for the protein, you may feel yukky. It’s not like your protein is down that much, and you’ll meet it tomorrow. Oh...the other day vince gets up and the fan in the guest bdrm is on. Seems one of the cats jumped up and pulled on the chain! This morning one of the cats was IN the cabinet. He had to take out all the glasses to get the cat out!

Just made some HB eggs, waiting for the laundry to come out of the dryer, will put it away (before it gets “put away” for me...lol), then out by the pool to work on getting rid of these white legs.
