Not sure what I need to say. I know that I have gotten some good feedback from the team i used at another medical clinic in Tennessee. I had to go to some of my team members to get some help. I got some excellent help. I am taking aozempic shots,I have had some great result. I am not sure if I can keep it off. I am a diabetic and that makes dieting hard.

Zelda, being a diabetic doesn't make dieting hard. Your diet is what you eat. I lost 25lbs before after being diagnosed as a diabetic. I thought i had to stay away from this food or that food. No rice, corn, bread, potatoes (enter any high glycemic food here). But this time around I am eating rice and corn. I am just controlling my calories and that limits how much I am eating at one time. My blood sugar has stabilized and I have lost weight. I also feel much better because I am eating better. My food bill has gone down because I portion out my food right after I cook it. It's a win on multiple levels.
feel free to join my community. I'd be happy to have you there. If not at least join the diabetic one.
