i am back

I am using the website version of myfitnesspal this morning and I find it to be more focused for the community section. Been a member since 2013 and occasional user I guess. I am pretty self aware of my diet, and used to track my meals, but it is quite cumbersome to track every single diet. #Iamback

    Hello!

I have to admit, I found it time-consuming at first to log my food, but as I got more familiar with the app and learned how to do it efficiently, it became easier and now - in year 9+ of maintaining a healthy weight after loss - it takes a mere few minutes per day. I won't speak for others, but for me that's a small price to pay for the rewards of staying at a healthy weight, with all the health and quality of life benefits that brings.

Wishing you long-term success with your goals, whatever methods you decide to use!

Thankfully I'm not the type of person that has a problem with eating the same foods over and over. I plan a head. I can usually get 2 to 4 days done in a few minutes. i do think the time that it takes is worth it. The more you know about what you are eating the more successful you are going to be.
