    Hello Debbie. Welcome! It sounds like you are sticking to your plan for 25 days now. Congrats, that's great.

    I have lost 45 pounds so far and have over 100 more to lose (and I will do it). I have started and quit so many diets. I have tried and lost weight, just to regain it later.

    A health scare (diabetes type 2) made me want to change my lifestyle and so far I am sticking (mostly) to my plan. I have founded a group as well "Determined losers on a mission" for people who have a lot of weight to lose. Many have signed up, but it seems that most of them have quit already, the communication is lacking.

    In the end we all have to do it for ourselves. People cheering for you is nice and surely enjoyable but back at home, it's just you. Changing your lifestyle for good.
