I got diagnosed T2 a month ago with a fasted glucose reading of 12.8. Ive always loved the gym but made horrible food choices. With MFP diary and strong will I made the right food choices (which I actually love and find easy to follow) and today my reading was 5.8. Ive also lost 17 pounds in the month. Super happy and will maintain it and lose 18 more pounds

It's awesome that you are taking control of your eating habits to get your diabetes under control. Just don't be discouraged when the weight loss slows down. keep up the good work.

yes Im pretty ok with when it slows down as long as my numbers are good. Took me all these years to find out I actually enjoy eating well.2 -
