Working to get back in shape physically and nutritionally. Biggest challenge is staying motivated and keeping on track. Need a way to be held accountable for meeting goals. Staying on track with nutrition and gym i see progress but seem to sabotage myself when i see gains and go back to old habits.

Welcome to mfp. Never give up. Unfortunately getting healthy has to be a life time commitment. There is no end date. Once you reach your goal, you still have to work to maintain that goal. You can do it.
