    Awesome 34 people have joined the challenge! I'm super excited to see how well we'll do! Just thought I'd ask has anyone set any goals for this week? Mine are to bring my lunch to work every day no take out (downfall at work everyone eats take out ALOT) drink more water I bought a new water bottle that holds 3 cups of water I will try to drink 4 of these a day ( not really a water drinker I'm bad for pop. I stopped drinking it before and can do it again. And last goal I will try to do some form of exercise every other day. I hope all is going well for all of you and look forward to hearing your goals for the week. :)

    I gave up Pop, all white breads and pastas, and all junk!! I have a treat meal about every 6 weeks or so. High Protein, low-carb diet is working for me!!
